Yesterday(friday) i found out my youngest daughter won a essay contest at school, she won first place out of all the students which means also she was competing with students who were older then her. I am soo proud of her, tomorrow sunday, she is going to a event to read her essay and then afterwards is a parade. She is soo shy im hoping she does alright in front of a crowd speaking,, She is the sweeetest angel. Love.
Im updating this entry she read her essay and did wonderful, she was a little nervous cause when we arrived we noticed news cameras set up, which i didnt see the broadcast cuz i didnt know exactly when it was going to be on soo i didnt see it on the television, but others did and told me they seen it, i dont watch very much t.v. but i sure would of loved to have taped it. Love.
The essay was on Martin Luther King and freedom. |
